Location -
As you can see from the above screen grabs from my email, I
have been in contact with the manager of the Bishop’s Palace to ensure that I
am able to do my photography shoot within the building. In the first two screen
grabs, you can see I had arranged to do a practice shoot before we broke up for
Christmas. In the third screen grab, you can see how I have informed her that I
had family issues and had to return home early, but still wanted to use the
building.
Although she had replied to my first email (second screen
grab), due to her working only weekends I found it hard to get a reply quickly,
so I actually went to see her to ask her if I could still use the building, to
which she agreed that I could.
Models -
For my models, I felt it a lot easier to use Facebook rather
than using email, this meant that I could create a small chat with just the two
models. This method ensures that I know it has sent to them and have a faster
method of chatting to them about the shoot. Although I had agreed with the
manager that I would do the 17th, when I went in to talk to her I had
already had information fro my model Emma that she was unable to do that Sunday.
So I discussed about doing the shoots on the 24th and 31st
January, which she agreed on.
An example of when I could get information to my models more
efficiently than email was to send them the time schedule for the day, as you
can see below, for both the 24th and the 31st.
